Visit the official Kerala High Court recruitment portal at hckrecruitment.keralacourts.in . Before applying, candidates should read the official Office Attendant notification and the instructions provided on the recruitment portal.

New applicants need to complete One Time Registration (OTR) through the recruitment portal. Select the One Time Registration Login option and provide the required information to create the applicant profile.

Candidates who have already completed registration can use their existing login details instead of creating another profile.

After logging in, go to the My Profile section and enter the required applicant information. Make sure the details entered in the profile are accurate and match the relevant official records.

Candidates should also keep the required photograph and signature ready in accordance with the specifications given by the Kerala High Court recruitment portal.

After completing the profile, open the Dashboard. Find the Office Attendant recruitment listed under Recruitment No. 21/2026 and select the Apply Now option.

The application will then open for entering the recruitment-specific information.

Enter all the required information carefully in the application form. Check the personal, educational, community and other details wherever applicable.

Before moving to the next stage, verify the information entered in the form. Incorrect information can create problems during later stages of the recruitment process.

Upload the photograph, signature and any other documents requested by the application portal. The files should follow the format and size requirements specified by the Kerala High Court.

Check the uploaded files before proceeding and make sure the photograph and signature are clear and properly displayed.

Use the Preview option to check the completed application before submission.

Carefully verify your name, date of birth, contact details, educational information and other entries. The application should be checked thoroughly at this stage because changes or modifications are not permitted after final submission according to the published application instructions.

After checking all the information, submit the application through the recruitment portal.

Candidates should make sure that the submission is completed successfully before moving on to the fee-payment stage.

Candidates who are required to pay the application fee should complete the payment according to the instructions provided by the Kerala High Court.

The notification also provides for online payment and an offline fee-remittance option through the prescribed challan process.

Candidates choosing the offline fee-remittance method should follow the separate dates and instructions specified in the notification.

After completing the application process, candidates should save the submitted application details and payment acknowledgement for future reference.

A printout of the submitted application can also be retained for personal records. Candidates should not send the printed application to the High Court unless specifically instructed to do so.
