Vacancy Details

The number of vacancies is anticipated. A ranked list will be prepared and will remain in force for a minimum period of one year or until a new list is published after three years, whichever is earlier. Appointments will be made from this list against vacancies reported to the Commission during its validity period.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure they satisfy both age and educational qualification requirements before applying.

Age Limit

18 to 36 years
Candidates must be born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates inclusive)
Usual age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per government norms

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in organisational matters and public relations
Ability to address public meetings
Aptitude for canvassing and sales promotion

Experience claimed as a desirable qualification must be acquired only after obtaining the prescribed essential qualification. Equivalent or higher qualifications recognized by the Government or accepted by the Commission will also be considered, subject to production of supporting orders when required.

Reservation for Differently Abled Candidates

As per G.O.(P) No.13/2024/SJD dated 17.10.2024, four percent of the vacancies are reserved for Differently Abled candidates with benchmark disability. Such candidates must produce a Disability Certificate and a Physical and Functionality Certificate at the time of verification, as prescribed in the Government Order.

Selection Process

The selection process may include a written test, OMR-based test, or online examination, as decided by the Commission. Only candidates who submit confirmation will be able to download their admission tickets. Failure to submit confirmation will result in rejection of the application.

Important Instructions

Any discrepancy in caste or community details between the application and SSLC records must be supported with a Gazette notification and valid community certificate during verification.
Candidates submitting false claims regarding qualification or experience will face disciplinary action under Kerala PSC Rules, including disqualification or legal proceedings.
Applications not submitted in accordance with notification conditions will be rejected at any stage of selection.
